The start of the morning service is for all ages, however those with babies and toddlers may wish to use the creche facilities during this time. Most services start with a time of worship, then at the appropriate point the service leader will indicate that it is time for the youth to leave for their groups. There are three groups that meet.
The creche room for babies and toddlers up to the age of approximately 4 years old is especially painted and decorated to make it attactive for that age group. The room is heated and has a child safety gate at the entrance. The service can be tannoyed into the room so that any carer or parent can still listen in to the service.
The room is complete with a full range of toys and seating for the accompanying adults.
This group is for approximately school Year R to 10 years of age but can vary depending on the age of the children that are in the church. The main aim of this group is to teach the Bible stories. There is normally and craft activity.
The 11 to 17 year olds often enjoy starting with an interactive activity. Following this they will have Bible lead teaching or dialogue often relating to social and challenging topics.
